A space to receive nervous system regulation and NeuroSomatic support.
Sessions may include guided mind-body practices such as: breathwork, movement, meditation, self massage, tapping, and drawing.
Increase nervous system awareness and capacity + build skills for self-regulation & to offer co-regulation with those in need of support.

75 min Massage & Stretch
50 min Massage + 25 min Bodywork to target root issues and chronic pain.
A session for you to melt physical, mental, and emotional layers, giving the system an opportunity to reset and restore.
Focusing on light to deep pressure, with rhythmic movements including techniques in: Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Myofascial & Trigger Point Therapy.
